I turned to Hellgate Plumbing & Heating after receiving a quote for a water heater and furnace from a different company that seemed unjustifiably high. Not only did Hellgate Plumbing & Heating do a free consultation (unlike the initial company), but Jason put together a reasonable quote and took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Lindsey, at the office, was proactive and friendly in communicating leading up to the installation, and Mike and Austin were skilled and professional in their work installing the units. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with the whole team, and we've been enjoying longer-lasting hot water and more efficient heating ever since. I'm grateful for having found a plumber in town that I trust, and I would gladly work with Hellgate Plumbing & Heating again.

"Hellgate Plumbing and Heating has provided me with prompt efficient service. They even called to remind me of the appointment. I had them fix a leaking shower fixture and some outside faucets. Then I discovered the side arm water heater was corroded and leaking. They checked out that it had a warranty which I didn't know about. So slant Fin provided a new tank and they replaced it. They discussed all options prior to replacement. They warned me that it was going to be expensive, but at least I didn't have to pay for the tank."

We called them on Monday morning, and they were able to fit in an appointment on the same day. We also just purchased a Fujitsu heat pump from them and are very happy with it. It's been keeping the house warm this winter, and I'm looking forward to testing out how it cools the house in the summer.
