Our AC went out toward the end of last summer, and we wanted to get a quote on the cost of replacing it. Jacob from Hellgate Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling was fantastic. He was both professional and friendly, and he did an excellent job explaining the estimates. Lisa was also great with scheduling and follow-up. I appreciate the appointment notification system they have in place, with reminders via text. The text letting me know Jacob was on his way, along with the picture for safety reasons, was incredibly helpful.

No one wants to replace their furnace less than a year after buying a home, but Hellgate made the process surprisingly easy. Jakob, Jacob and Caiden did an amazing job planning the work and executing it completely and on schedule. Even when a minor roadblock presented itself Jakob came to me with a plan ready to execute and did so without an increase in cost or the timetable

My water heater stopped heating, and my plumber was too busy to fit me in, but recommended Hellgate Plumbing. I called and they scheduled me for the next day, but had a cancellation, and worked me in the same day, only about 4 hours after my call.
Lisa in the office was super friendly and accommodating, and her communication with me was top notch!
Austin, the service tech was awesome....very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with my water heater quickly. He also was excellent in his communication with me!
