My elderly Mom’s furnace system failed during this hot spell, meaning the fan was not functional and she was suddenly without air conditioning to her home. Thank goodness my brother was visiting and reached out to Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling who promptly came to the house, diagnosed the situation and provided a proposal for replacement of the 20+ year old furnace last week! Andrew was our point of contact at Hellgate, and he was honest, responsive to questions and was even able to have the new furnace installed and commissioned 3 days earlier than originally scheduled. They have excellent communication regarding status, when to expect their technicians and final wrap up of the project. My Mom and our family are grateful to Andrew and Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling team!

From the initial phone call with Lisa inquiring about services to the tech visit from Abram, I experienced nothing but professionalism and courtesy. It is evident everyone is skilled and desires to help the customer. In addition to repairing a leaky tub handle, Abram also answered my questions about another issue with patience and thoroughness in a manner I could understand. He made sure I understand in advance of the tub repair any issues that might cause complications due to the age of the plumbing involved, which I appreciated. I strongly recommend this company.

They came out same day I called. Tec Abe was friendly and did very good job.

Had an emergency water heater leak that I caught thankfully. Austin was out to my house within the hour and quoted me a reasonable price for a replacement water heater. My water heater was 17 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. He had it installed and running before noon the next day. He also installed extra safety precautions in case there was another leak. I wish I had those on there with the older one. The new water heater works great and from the research I did is a good quality heater. They really came through in an emergency situation and Austin was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing or furnace issues.

Expert service from Henry today… he helped me prioritize repairs for water valve shut off… under our kitchen sink, bathroom draining issues and other leaky faucets, including water heater replacement…. I highly recommend this company. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered…
