Make Sure Your Water Heater and Utilities Are in Top Shape

Not only did Hellgate Plumbing & Heating do a free consultation (unlike the initial company), but Jason put together a reasonable quote and took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. Lindsey, at the office, was proactive and friendly in communicating leading up to the installation, and Mike and Austin were skilled and professional in their work installing the units. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with the whole team, and we've been enjoying longer-lasting hot water and more efficient heating ever since. I'm grateful for having found a plumber in town that I trust, and I would gladly work with Hellgate Plumbing & Heating again.

I recently had Hellgate Plumbing and Heating install a Navien NCB 240e combination boiler and tankless water heater. Jason returned the bid the same day. From the start Jason was easy to work with, we discussed different options and venting routes, compromised and agreed upon what to do. Michael and Jason assessed the installation exactly. The work is beautiful, like engineering art. While it seemed expensive, their bid was the lowest and they were absolutely the quickest to respond and get the work done. I am really pleased with this system. My experience working with Hellgate Plumbing and Heating was Great, I highly recommend them.

Our old house was quite the project undertaking. Got a few bids, had good feel about Jason's professional opinion & plan for our place. Technician crew Mike & Kyle were phenomenal (quality work & attention to detail) & they worked hard to finish. Their kindness to bring in some space heaters during the cold snap was greatly appreciated!

From Lindsey (dispatch and scheduling) to Allen and Austin the plumbers, it was a good experience. Lindsey is very good at her job. A plus for customer service! Because of the current country wide situation, some things we ordered were running behind but Lindsey kept us informed! Allen and Austin were friendly and explained everything from A to Z. They did a great job too! Left no mess for us to clean up. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and plumbing needs!
