Very friendly and knew what he was doing and explained about what he was doing and cleaned up after the job . I will recommend Hellgate Plumbing to my friends and family. Thank you for coming out so quickly and fixing my hot water tank 🙌. Kind regards Corinna Lerback.

Austin replaced our 20 yr old Ranaai tankless H2O heater with a Navian. We selected the appropriate model for our application and needs. I am familiar with Austin and he removed and replaced the old unit with the New Navian and did excellent work tested everything cleaned up and as usual it was a Great experience. Very impressed w our tankless Navian it is extremely quiet and smooth light years ahead of the old one. I have used Hellgate for personal and rental properties and have always had a Great experience.

Quick, efficient, answered all question and addressed failed part in one visit.

At the end of June, my husband and I needed to get quotes for a new A/C and furnace, as ours was aged, and we were having recurring issues. We got our first quote from Garden City Plumbing & Heating. I was extremely disappointed. Both the salesman and technician did not seem like they even wanted to be here. The salesman was only here for approximately 15 minutes, and he was not engaged at all.

Our second quote was from Hellgate Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Andrew was our salesman, and he was absolutely incredible! He spent 2+ hours with my husband and I, explaining all of our options. His willingness to walk us through everything, his knowledge of the products, his stellar and relatable communication, and his desire to do his job very well, sold us. He was exceptional!!! And very importantly, he made us feel like he cared about us and what we wanted. Not only was our sale with Andrew amazing, but then we had the most professional and intelligent installer, Caiden M. Over the next 3 days, he worked at our home, and he was tremendous. We are extremely thankful to Hellgate Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for selling us our new A/C and furnace!

Quick and friendly customer service got me scheduled right away. Austin B. completed thorough assessment of household plumbing and helped me create a logical and affordable service plan, and he got it scheduled with quick turn around. I had a water heater removed and replaced, as well as outside hose bib repaired in under 2 hours. Austin was kind and professional, and cool to my dog too!
Thanks Austin! I absolutely recommend Hellgate Plumbing!

Henry is so awesome we had a good service from him. Im so glad i picked Hellgate plumbing company. Thank you so much Henry. You’re the best.all our future plumbing needs will always be at Hellgate.

We had some pipes in a radiator crack during a cold snap, causing flooding in our basement on a Saturday morning. Lisa was great, she dispatched an after hours team for an assessment right away. The removal of the radiator and upgrade to our boiler was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Alan was excellent at explaining the work he would complete and he provided a detailed quote before knocking it out. We also used them to install a new hot water heater. Henry was very professional and did great work. We appreciate Hellgate for their professionalism, prompt response and quality work.

Great working with your team as always!

The furnace just wasn't itself. Not turning on and when it did, no heat. Jake got everything back in working order! Can't ask for anything better!!!!!

We had a water leak in our hot water heater. I called Lisa and she had Austin at my house within 2 hours.

Ultimately we needed new water heaters and Austin had them installed before the end of the day.
