Here at Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling we want to give our clients 100% piece of mind with the materials and work provided by us. Within the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment; systems, or services performed by our technicians, we will make it right or remove the system and give you your money back!
All of your property - carpeting, floors, walls, appliances and furniture - is protected. Damaged property due to our responsibility will be replaced or repaired at no cost. Hellgate Plumbing and Heating provides adequate home comfort. This includes protective shoe covers and hall runners to be accustomed in all appropriate work areas.
If your unit fails to heat or cool your home within the first year we will fix it for FREE - including parts and labor! This includes a furnace, A/C, heat pump, water heater, or boiler. The unit MUST be installed by one of our technicians for this guarantee. If the system cannot be fixed within 48 hours, we will write you a $400 check for the inconvenience.

My water heater stopped heating, and my plumber was too busy to fit me in, but recommended Hellgate Plumbing. I called and they scheduled me for the next day, but had a cancellation, and worked me in the same day, only about 4 hours after my call.
Lisa in the office was super friendly and accommodating, and her communication with me was top notch!
Austin, the service tech was awesome....very knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with my water heater quickly. He also was excellent in his communication with me!
