We have installed 13-seer and 17-seer York AC units over the summer. 13-seers are less expensive compared to 17-seers, but the noise difference between the 2 units is incredible. We highly recommend installing 17-seer units that are more efficient and much quieter, making it peaceful for you and your neighbors!
