What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential HVAC systems including:
- Furnaces (gas and electric)
- Heat pumps
- Air conditioning systems
- Ductless mini-splits
- Replace and retrofit existing systems with attention to detail and efficiency
- Work with ductwork modifications, line sets, and venting
- Ensure all installs meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the work being performed
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience (required)
- Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to install a wide range of residential systems without constant supervision
- Solid understanding of installation best practices and safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
