What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  • Furnaces (gas and electric)
  • Heat pumps
  • Air conditioning systems
  • Ductless mini-splits
• Replace and retrofit existing systems with attention to detail and efficiency
• Work with ductwork modifications, line sets, and venting
• Ensure all installs meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the work being performed
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience (required)
• Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to install a wide range of residential systems without constant supervision
• Solid understanding of installation best practices and safety standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
