I was pleased how soon I could get an appointment and that I could book online. I also appreciated getting a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was friendly and efficient.

This company has great communication from the time they confirm your appointment to follow up. The tech they send out dresses and acts professional as is required for what the customer has to pay for plumbing services these days. Work was completed in an appropriate amount of time. The work space was cleaner than the tech found it and everything thing operates correctly.

The tech (Sinjun) was conscientious and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently to troubleshoot my AC, find two refrigerant leaks and repair and recharge the system. He was also very communicative and helped fine tune a fan setting. Highly recommend .

From the very first interaction with Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and cooling I was extremely impressed with the amazing customer service. I had a technician at my house within 2 hours to fix my water heater issues. Abram was the nicest most informative person. I really appreciate he gave us all of our options.
