We were scheduled to have a toilet installed, but it turns out this toilet was broken. The plumber offered to come back the same day if we purchased a new one to install it, which would have been the third time he'd come to our house. He was friendly helpful and we will definitely use Hellgate Plumbing again.

We had a new Lennox heater installed about 3 1/2 years ago by another Missoula company. The warranty expired at 3 years.. and just a couple months later it failed. The OTHER company could not offer any type of compensation for our Lennox failure.

We called Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Technician Sinjun came to our home and diagnosed the problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. We appreciated his expertise as well as the professionalism of the office employee who assisted us with payment and setting up a maintenance program with their company.

Sinjun was very thorough and professional. He took the time to inform me of all the work he completed, and offered my good options to get a fireplace fixed. He also services our A/C unit and furnace. I had a very good experience.

Hellgate Plumbing and Heating did a fantastic job. Henry was early, courteous and hardworking. I had my water heater emergency remedied in less than 4 hours from the time of inspection. This is my second water heater I have had from Hellgate Plumbing. The last one lasted 18 years without ever having an issue. I will use them again for any future plumbing projects. In one day they removed damaged and unnecessary galvanized and PVC piping, an inefficient Well Mate, an out of code can trap, installed a new P trap and a new waste and overflow in our tub and they also installed a water softener. Multiple projects I have wanted to get completed are now done thanks to Hellgate Plumbing and Heating.
