What You’ll Be Doing

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  • Furnaces (gas and electric)
  • Heat pumps
  • Air conditioning systems
  • Ductless mini-splits
• Replace and retrofit existing systems with attention to detail and efficiency
• Work with ductwork modifications, line sets, and venting
• Ensure all installs meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the work being performed
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every job

What We’re Looking For

• Has at least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Has experience installing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Can braze, pressure test, evacuate, and properly start up HVAC systems
• Has good communication and customer-service skills
• Is dependable and works well with a team
• Has a valid driver’s license
• EPA certification preferred
