What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Work on furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, and heat pumps
• Follow and complete scheduled maintenance plans for our customers
• Identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly to homeowners
• Deliver a professional, friendly, five-star customer experience
• Support service technicians and continue developing your technical skills

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn
• Comfortable talking with customers and explaining basic system information
• Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
