As our team continues to grow, we’re hiring a remote Dispatcher who can support smooth daily operations and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview
The Dispatcher plays a key role in supporting daily operations. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who knows how to drive revenue by supporting their team and operating at the highest level. This position handles technician scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative support, while also providing backup customer service as needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assign the right technician to the right job at the right time
Adjust and reschedule jobs as needed to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitor technician timeliness and schedule adherence
Schedule follow-up appointments and prioritize emergency or urgent service calls
Manage technician routes to maximize productivity and minimize drive time
Pull permits and schedule inspections as required
Coordinate subcontractor work and related scheduling with field teams
Maintain clear communication between technicians, office staff, and customers
Return voicemails and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor and respond to SMS and email communications
Serve as backup CSR and assist with overflow calls when needed
Manage membership billing and renewal processes
Develop and maintain dispatch procedures and internal documentation for efficiency and consistency
Register qualifying equipment with manufacturers to ensure warranty coverage
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a dynamic environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellent service
Experience with Service Titan required (1 year minimum)
Previous experience in dispatching within a service industry required (1 year minimum)
