Hellgate replaced our aging toilet with a modern model. Overall, they did a good job and the experience was satisfactory.

Fantastic service! On our first call, they were able to schedule us for repair very quickly! On the day of the service, they arrived promptly as promised and thoroughly outlined our repair options. The repairs were completed quickly at a fair cost. We were very impressed with how thorough, friendly and helpful they were. Highly recommend!!!

Work was performed in a straight forward, professional manner. I did have to tighten-up some bolts, when a small leak appeared, after the service man left. I am left with the feeling though, that the service was overpriced - and no senior discount was offered ( I must admitt, that in the pressure of the moment, I forgot to ask about thay )

Well what can I say they were great they got out here quick and figured out the problem and let me know what option I had and they had a salesperson come out the same day to discuss financing on the new furnace they did everything they could plus some they did A great job I'd recommend them big time thank you guys hellgate heating plumbing and cooling and the secretaries and the people that answer the phone they were all damn nice

Our furnace wasn't operating correctly and we were away for the winter. I called on a Friday to see if a technician could check out the furnace before the weekend. Hellgate for us in and the furnace was up and operating correctly before the cold weekend. We really appreciate them helping us out. I would recommend Hellgate Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

I’ve been a customer for several years. So far, both the work and the employees have been great.

I have an older heater (1998) and the tech (Sinjun) did an honest inspection and service. I was a bit suspect that I would get a sales pitch for a new unit, due to the age of the unit. The tech let me know, based on his inspection, that there is a lot of life still left! The inspection and service was well documented with photos and a walkthrough.

Sinjun was fantastic! Explained option very clear and replaced our fireplace thermostat with ease. Highly recommend this company.

I received a free plumbing inspection after signing up as a Diamond member. The technician arrived on time, inspected all the pipes and fittings, including the crawl space. Very efficient and pleasant. They sent me a text with a picture of the technician, his name, and a bit about him. I thought this was a. Dry nice touch. I love their service and the touches like that are a bonus.

Clear, easy to understand communication, great attitude in spite of difficult circumstances, got a big project finished in record time, so the inconvenience of no hot water and having the kitchen torn apart didn’t last long. Price reasonable

No one wants to replace their furnace less than a year after buying a home, but Hellgate made the process surprisingly easy. Jakob, Jacob and Caiden did an amazing job planning the work and executing it completely and on schedule. Even when a minor roadblock presented itself Jakob came to me with a plan ready to execute and did so without an increase in cost or the timetable Highly recommend Hellgate to anyone, their professionalism and quality of work cannot be beat. I'd also recommend Jakob and Caiden be applauded for their work. Both were absolutely respectful of me, my home and my property. Thanks! Update 1/9/26: The water pump on my furnace went out sometime early this morning and after some brief troubleshooting I realized I was in over my head! A quick phone call and a few hours later Sinjun and Talan were here to help! Within 30 minutes the problem had been diagnosed and a fix had been recommended. Not 7 hours after noticing the problem it was completely fixed and heat had returned! Not only that, but it was covered by warranty so not a penny had to be spent. I honestly cannot recommend Hellgate enough! Sinjun and Talan were amazingly professional, kind and swift. You can pay for good work but you cannot put a price on this level of service and competence so again, thank you so much Hellgate, Sinjun and Talan!

Hellgate replaced our furnace and installed AC in our home. Our older house presented a number of challenges and they worked with us to find the solution that best fit our home and our needs. The installers (Jakob and his team) were professional and efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. We would not hesitate to hire Hellgate again!

I appreciate the great service! 12/09/2025 We have had Hellgate for multiple appointments at this point, from furnace maintenance and repair to reseating toilets. They are always friendly, their work is always clean and comes with clear explanations of any problems, complete with pictures. I always feel like they are being up front and honest, explaining why something is needed soon or if it's something that can wait. The prices are reasonable, and I believe their diamond club is worth the expense. I will continue to use their service for any repairs we find we need!

HVAC installation - we added one more electric heating/cooling unit. Hellgate Plumbing installed another HVAC system plus an electric water heater two years ago. It's worked well, but we knew we may need an additional one. The first time around we got three different quotes; and while noone was cheap (need to diy for that), HP was knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced. I like that they are well established locally, so it's easy to call and follow up with a real person when needed.

Everyone at Hellgate Plumbing that I spoke with or met were great.

Our furnace stopped working, fortunately it was just a sensor. They replaces it quickly and everything is working great now.

Abe rebuilt the p-trap for my bathroom sink and did a great job. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

My gas insert fireplace quit working. The first place I called said it would be a month and a half before they could even take their first look at it. I called Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and they made their first stop within the week. From there we decided a new fireplace was unavoidable. They made two more stops to work through the decision making, ordering and glitches. From first visit to installation it was a little less than a month. I could not be more happy with their professionalism, quality of service and my new fireplace Additionally, I called with a leaking toilet in the morning and a qualified repairman was here the same afternoon. The toilet was old and obsolete, so a new one was picked up and installed all with in a couple hours. No muss, no fuss and I have no complaints. Hellgate plumbing is my go to heating and plumbing service company.

I had a time sensitive plumbing issue that was not an emergency and Helga was immediately very responsive and I had a good feeling straight after speaking with the person you picked up the phone. Less than a week later the plumber was out and completed the work in a difficult environment at a reasonable price in a faster than expected time frame. I was so stressed out when my kitchen faucet blew up. Helga managed to get to my house Monday morning and install a new faucet as well as fix a valve that was leaking. That valve would’ve cost me a lot of money down the road if they hadn’t fixed it. I’m really grateful and I will use them again.

Was going to have the flange replaced and toilet reset put the price for just resetting the toilet was so expensive. I had already removed the toilet myself. So I just had the flange repair done and will reset the toilet myself. The technician was very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. I give him a 5 star for his service but overall 4 because of the very high price.

Our technician was Henry and he was extremely professional and very kind. He explained the process very well and installed our heater extremely fast. Hellgate plumbing was on the spot. After my call they were here in less than an hour and fixed our problem during our time of great need. I had just had surgery on my back and having hot water was a necessity. The initial call for help was handled with kindness and care from their receptionist as well. You know, we really felt like our plumbing concern was not listened to/heard. We have an issue with our main drain backing up, my wife made that clear to the plumber. The plumber just snaked one shower drain line, removed some hair and figured he solved the issue. Which he did not, because the issue has come back - water backing up in the sink and shower downstairs. He was here for maybe 40minutes and charged us over $500! That's not reasonable at all. He also made sure to mention several times, "we can't guarantee a drain declog". Not impressed.

My experience with Hellgate has always been outstanding. It started with service and repairs and over time lead to a system replacement. Start to finish they guide you seamlessly through every process. Kaleigh and Lisa handle all the communication to make the process easy. They even got me all rebate information to submit and registered all equipment. Hellgate’s warranty program and proven track record with me has me a customer for life. Austin installed a new shower arm and valve during our shower retiling project and was great--very professional and polite, and he thoroughly explained our options and answered my questions.

Hellgate Plumbing was the quickest company to respond to my call when I found this leak in my wall. Kaleigh was so polite and efficient. She was able to get me on the schedule for the following week. Water leaks in your home are always worrisome. Alan arrived promptly as scheduled and efficiently diagnosed my issue. With in 2 hours he had the leak fully fixed. He also found the least invasive way to access and replace this broken drain pipe in my upper bath. He was very professional and extremely neat while doing my work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing projects and plan to call on them for any future needs. The work is also warranted.

This was my first experience using Hellgate plumbing and heating and I was very impressed with the customer service rep Kaleigh, and our service technician Sinjun. The quality of work was exceptional. I will start with scheduling and appointment online a week out which was quick and easy. I needed a technician to come look at my furnace and a/c, (basement) and my attic furnace. Within an hour I was contacted by Kaleigh letting me know that she saw I scheduled an appt. I was surprised when she asked if I would be home “today” for a technician to come look at my furnace. “Absolutely !” Kaleigh asked me to send her a few photos and advised that a technician would arrive between 12-4. OUTSTANDING KALEIGH!!! I was then sent a confirmation text and email confirming my appointment, along with a photo and name of the technician arriving. Sinjun called me prior to his arrival, showed up on time and arrived with a big smile and introduced himself. Sinjun looked at my issues, gave me a clear and accurate diagnosis, showed me numerous photos on his iPad of my equipment and gave me a clear analysis and price to repair my units. When completed he showed me before and after photos walked me through the details and took payment right then. 1 part needed to be ordered which he did came back the following week to install and was just as professional as the first.
