Exceptional service and expertise. Performed various tasks but only charged me for the ones that were needed. Much appreciated!

Abe, the technician, was great. He arrived soon after he called me, quickly diagnosed and explained the issue and gave me a couple of options for repair. Everything was repaired and is now working. I will call you again. Thank you.

Great service, awesome response time, amazing price tag. Got us squared away for colder temps with furnace inspection and update

Caiden and Chase did an excellent job installing our furnace and A/C. They were very professional and kind. I appreciated that they were very mindful of our pets. We have been extremely pleased with the services we have received from Hellgate Plumbing and Heating.

Service was scheduled within a couple of days and done quickly and efficiently. The plumber was very helpful and explained every step of the process. I have used their service in the past and am always satisfied with the quality of install or repair.
I highly recommend them for all plumbing and Heating.

Very fast response time. Professional attitudes and quick turnaround. Who could ask for more

Very positive experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and efficient. The service professional (Henry) was on time, highly professional and informative. He completed the work quickly showed us how to care for the sediment filter he installed.

Knowledgeable, on time, detail oriented, friendly, professional- always!

Henry was our technician and he was fantastic solving our problem with a leak. He was communicative and explained each time he had to make adjustments to find the issue and to fix it. Also, the appointment process and the coordination from the team was fantastic.

I really like the detail that our technician provided for our furnace annual maintenance and the proof of needed repairs. He was professional, friendly, and communicated very well.

The tech was very polite and professional. The work was completed in very timely and the new additions to my new water heater were explained to me thoroughly.

Great friendly service. Completed the job satisfactorily. Will call again.

Austin and Lisa were both great to work with. Highly recommend their services

The staff was friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on every step. They are like the businesses use to be in Missoula. I would recommend them. Once again, they were efficient and knowledgeable. They gave me photos and explained everything they were doing.

Jake knows what he's doing. He was polite and personable.

Great service, Henry is the best. Professional, efficient, skilled, and friendly.

We were scheduled to have a toilet installed, but it turns out this toilet was broken. The plumber offered to come back the same day if we purchased a new one to install it, which would have been the third time he'd come to our house. He was friendly helpful and we will definitely use Hellgate Plumbing again.
