From the initial phone call with Lisa inquiring about services to the tech visit from Abram, I experienced nothing but professionalism and courtesy. It is evident everyone is skilled and desires to help the customer. In addition to repairing a leaky tub handle, Abram also answered my questions about another issue with patience and thoroughness in a manner I could understand. He made sure I understand in advance of the tub repair any issues that might cause complications due to the age of the plumbing involved, which I appreciated. I strongly recommend this company.

They came out same day I called. Tec Abe was friendly and did very good job.

Had an emergency water heater leak that I caught thankfully. Austin was out to my house within the hour and quoted me a reasonable price for a replacement water heater. My water heater was 17 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. He had it installed and running before noon the next day. He also installed extra safety precautions in case there was another leak. I wish I had those on there with the older one. The new water heater works great and from the research I did is a good quality heater. They really came through in an emergency situation and Austin was fantastic. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing or furnace issues.

Expert service from Henry today… he helped me prioritize repairs for water valve shut off… under our kitchen sink, bathroom draining issues and other leaky faucets, including water heater replacement…. Excellent communication and friendly professional technicians. Unfortunately they couldn’t repair my mini split for a reasonable price but that’s the fault of the manufacturer for subscribing to the planned obsolescence that this capitalistic hellscape of a society loves to subject us to so much. The HVAC team that came were courteous and methodical, would use them again👍🏼

Hellgate very easy to communicate and coordinate with to determine scope of work, estimate, contract, and work scheduling. This include work by the Hellgate HVAC technician as a 3rd party electrician.

Both the Hellgate technical and the electrician were on time and worked without break to complete the work. 

Upon completion the installation and the system operation were explained well by the technician. 

Paperwork supporting e-rebate had already been completed by the HVAC technician.

We were planning on going camping on Thursday, I went to the basement to get my bags and noticed the water heater was leaking out of the bottom. I called several plumbers and the only one that could fix us up was Hellgate Plumbing. Austin was at our house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. We needed a pressure reducing valve, a new expansion tank and a new water heater. He completed the job quickly and we even got to go camping the same day! Thanks Hellgate Plumbing!
