We had a difficult drain blockage affecting two separate condos in our building. The two Hellgate staff that responded were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. We have always had great service from them over the years.

I made an appointment online in the afternoon and they were able to come to my house the following morning. The plumbers were nice and professional. They did a thurough job of inspecting my plumbing and fixed the blockage in my pipe without issue. I am happy with the service they provided.

The fellas did a great job sussing out the situation and making sure everything was safe until they could get a new unit installed. I recently had Hellgate Plumbing and Heating install a Navien NCB 240e combination boiler and tankless water heater. Jason returned the bid the same day. From the start Jason was easy to work with, we discussed different options and venting routes, compromised and agreed upon what to do. Michael and Jason assessed the installation exactly. The work is beautiful, like engineering art. While it seemed expensive, their bid was the lowest and they were absolutely the quickest to respond and get the work done. I am really pleased with this system. My experience working with Hellgate Plumbing and Heating was Great, I highly recommend them.

Hellgate did excellent work for me expanding the plumbing connected to a hydronic home heating system, adding a new heating zone in the basement and installing new radiators. Mike worked with me on an initial visit to strategize a plan to locate piping and radiator placement to provide heat to each room with the least disturbance of drywall or other existing features. He was quite knowledgeable and creative in finding solutions. The team that came later to install the extended system were professional and competent and finished the job on time. I would not hesitate to use Hellgate again for plumbing or heating needs.
