06/04/26 I decided to do an upgrade on my kitchen faucet (it was leaking) and replace my upstairs bathroom toilet. It was running after being flushed until the handle was jiggled. I wanted the same as the one Hellgate installed last November in another bathroom, tall with oval seat. Called for an estimate, a plumber came that day, provided estimates and one week later I had both installed. Faucet and toilet are working perfectly, I am very satisfied with Hellgate Heating and plumbing. Quality employees, professional staff and responsive scheduling make this business my go too. 11/2025 My gas insert fireplace quit working. The first place I called said it would be a month and a half before they could even take their first look at it. I called Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and they made their first stop within the week. From there we decided a new fireplace was unavoidable. They made two more stops to work through the decision making, ordering and glitches. From first visit to installation it was a little less than a month. I could not be more happy with their professionalism, quality of service and my new fireplace Additionally, I called with a leaking toilet in the morning and a qualified repairman was here the same afternoon. The toilet was old and obsolete, so a new one was picked up and installed all with in a couple hours. No muss, no fuss and I have no complaints. Hellgate plumbing is my go to heating and plumbing service company.

Just spent yesterday with Caidan from Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and his electrician sub-contractor, Brody from Hometown Electric. They were polite, friendly and PROFESSIONAL. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves - it was like they were never there. At about 5:30, Caidan realized there was one little wire that was needed for the thernostate to run the new ac. He asked if I wanted him to stay and take another hour to install it or if I wanted him to come back today. I opted for him staying. I spent 30 years in the guest service industry with Holiday Inns and I know customer service when I see it or experience it. Caidan knows and practices Customer Service. Thanks so much Caidan for staying. I can't stress strongly enough that Hellgate Plumbing and Heating, from the people who answer the phones, the sales people (a nod to Andrew) and the installers are just wonderful to work with. They are the perfect example of Customer Service. My thanks to all of you. I am now ready for a "sweat" free summer and will be worry free about my breaker box. The new one is a beautiful sight to see. Brody does amazing work. I would recommend Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and Hometown Electric highly. Just a great experience for a reasonably priced installation.
