Austin replaced our 20 yr old Ranaai tankless H2O heater with a Navian. We selected the appropriate model for our application and needs. I am familiar with Austin and he removed and replaced the old unit with the New Navian and did excellent work tested everything cleaned up and as usual it was a Great experience. Very impressed w our tankless Navian it is extremely quiet and smooth light years ahead of the old one. I have used Hellgate for personal and rental properties and have always had a Great experience.

Sinjin did such a wonderful job figuring out what was going on with our furnace, and is going to fix it pronto where Garden City Plumbing and Heating just couldn’t do the job. They felt my house was too messy. First one to ever say that. Anyway, Hellgate plumbing, heating and cooling showed up pronto and told me it’s a common issue with limit switches on a Carrier Furnace. They k ew right away what it was. Cold outside now, so I need the furnace to work, and this company made it happen! Cheerful pleasant service. What a treat!

One fine Friday a cable tech was doing a call at our home. Suddenly he found our water heater had sprung a leak and seeped water about 10 feet into our big guest bedroom carpet. We didn't know what to do. After calling flood mitigators I began calling. My response?" "Monday". Not Hellgate. "See you Saturday at 10." Henry was our man. By 2:00 pm we had a total cleanout of the old and a new water heater. No mess, no big deal, FIXED OUR PROBLEM. Paid in full. Done. We will have proper paperwork for a Homeowners claim. Good job. And thank you.
