Hellgate is our go-to for plumbing issues! They’re quick to get us on the schedule and have been really helpful helping us trouble-shoot the usual old-Missoula-house issues that come up. I also really appreciate their plumbers being willing to talk through what they are seeing and answer my questions to help me understand the issues. We have done Hellgate’s membership program and feel like it’s really been worth it. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Henry did a great job fixing my dishwasher and old shutoff valves on a previous visit, and he was gracious double-checking the work after another leak scare. He found nothing (whew), and always offers some quick education so I can approach future issues with more knowledge. Two thumbs up

Hellgate very easy to communicate and coordinate with to determine scope of work, estimate, contract, and work scheduling. This include work by the Hellgate HVAC technician as a 3rd party electrician.

Both the Hellgate technical and the electrician were on time and worked without break to complete the work. 

Upon completion the installation and the system operation were explained well by the technician. 

Paperwork supporting e-rebate had already been completed by the HVAC technician.

We had a difficult drain blockage affecting two separate condos in our building. The two Hellgate staff that responded were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. We have always had great service from them over the years.

I made an appointment online in the afternoon and they were able to come to my house the following morning. The plumbers were nice and professional. They did a thurough job of inspecting my plumbing and fixed the blockage in my pipe without issue. I am happy with the service they provided.
